Return Policy
At Ibex-Traders, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return an item, we strive to make the process as easy and efficient as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
- Condition: Products should be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original packaging are not eligible for returns.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Begin by reaching out to our customer service team at [email address or phone number]. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item. Items returned without an RA number will not be processed.
- Prepare for Shipment: Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team
Refunds
- Processing Time: After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different product, follow the return process described above. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange. Any price differences will be charged or refunded to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with photos if possible. We will promptly address the issue, offering a replacement or a full refund.
